Ramona Home Journal; 6/29/06

Bart Spencer Franco, of Ramona, received his Eagle Scout award at an Eagle Court of Honor on May 27 at San Vicente Inn & Golf Course. He is a member of Crew 631 which is chartered to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Ramona Ward. To earn the highest award in scouting, Bart earned 23 merit badges, served as a leader in his troop, team and crew and completed a major community service project benefiting Sun Valley Charter High School.
