The Overseas Arrowman Association (OAA) is a private association of Scouting volunteers who served, or are serving, in overseas lodges of the Order of the Arrow. We started the OAA back in 1989 in Garmisch, West Germany in the Transatlantic Council. Today there are approximately 500 members worldwide. We conduct national OAA Reunions at the NOACs and National Jamborees, plus conduct regional and local reunions. Members are encouraged to participate in their own local lodges and councils and are eligible to earn special recognition awards from the OAA as they do so. The sale of trading post items (OAA function patches and flaps for the various events) generates income that enables us to send campership checks to various councils each year.

For more information, please contact Tom Slavicek, OAA President.
